Return and Refund Policy:
Our engraved and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable once customization has been completed. The only exception is if an error in engraving occurs, differing from information sent. In such cases, we will re-engrave the item at our expense on a new product of the same or similar type (if the original is unavailable). Any errors on our part must be reported within 10 days of receiving the completed order.
Engraving External Items Policy:
At Rhino Engraving, we appreciate the trust you place in us to engrave your cherished personal items. To ensure transparency and clarity, we have established the following policy regarding engraving external items:
Proof Confirmation: Prior to proceeding with the engraving process, we will provide you with a proof of the requested design. It is your responsibility to carefully review and approve this proof.
External Item Liability: Customers bringing in external items for engraving acknowledge that Rhino Engraving will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of the item due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to power outages, technical malfunctions, or user error.
Issue Resolution: In the event of an accident or unforeseen issue during the engraving process, Rhino Engraving will make every reasonable effort to rectify the situation and ensure the best possible outcome for your item. We will attempt to fix the issue and will not charge for the engraving if it is below our quality standards.
No Replacement of External Items: Rhino Engraving does not assume responsibility for replacing external items brought in by customers. It is recommended to select items for engraving that are replaceable or can be sourced again if necessary
By bringing an external item for engraving, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy. Pricing Changes:
We reserve the right to modify pricing with or without notice. Pricing changes occur only in the case of discovered errors. Notification of any price changes is provided, allowing you the option to cancel your order.
